But knowledge technology will only benefit organizations that are willing to adapt to change. The employees must be flexible and adaptive to new modes of processing data. The environment must be conducive for growth. Trainings and development are necessary to keep the employees in track. The organization is constantly learning, therefore the employees must also be able to keep in pace. The leaders must take an active role on making things work in the company or organization. He must be able to create new leaders and participate in company development.
